Department of Social Services for their generous donation of Islander tickets
for our youth.
LIAFS is partnering with South Oaks Hospitals
Speakers Bureau in the development of a training series for LIAFS youth.

Newsday Charities has invited LIAFS to
submit a grant application for 2009-2010 funding. we are grateful for this
opportunity.
LIAFS will begin a Therapeutic Foster Boarding
Home Program in Spring 2010.
On March 31, 2009 LIAFS was awarded a grant
from Newsday Charities for the purchase of an agency 12 passenger Van.
We are very thankful to Newsday for this award.

in February, 2006, LIAFS has received numerous inquires and donations.
